Contamination Expert Witness Services

Our Director, Nick Cowman, has over 17 years of experience practising consulting environmental science, site remediation contracting, water and waste treatment. Nick brings a speciality in contaminated land and brownfield site renewal, hazardous or toxic chemicals, and industrial and pollution clean-ups.

Nick recently played a role in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, engaged by a legal client representing the government. Drawing on Nick’s reputable career experience servicing government, the client received subject matter expert services. Specifically, Nick provided:
