Bid Coordination for a National Water Services Provider
Developed a structured, scalable bid process for a national water services provider.

NSW
2023 - Ongoing
A national water services business engaged Cowman Advisory to bring discipline, speed and consistency to a busy bid function. The team had strong technical capability, but proposals were assembled under pressure, with duplicated effort and variable compliance. We introduced a practical go/no-go lens and a simple bid rhythm that clarified owners, milestones and reviews—governance without red tape.
We rebuilt the core content library (CVs, experience, methodologies, IMS-aligned statements) so writers could draw from accurate, client-ready material. Technical inputs were translated into clear, benefit-led narratives aligned to evaluation criteria. Where tenders required plans, we produced right-sized versions (Quality, Social, Local Industry) that referenced client frameworks and sat neatly in annexures. We also strengthened company positioning for scalable operations—emphasising rapid response, compliance, confidence and predictable performance.

Outcomes
Submissions became faster and cleaner, last-minute churn dropped, and evaluation fit improved. The team spent less time wrestling with forms and more time refining solutions—lifting the credibility and consistency of every bid.
