Cowman Projects were engaged by a leading iCIRT accredited NSW builder to perform early works with a high-rise near Sydney Airport. Within the Botany Aquifer restriction area, the tanks were improperly decommissioned, containing residual fuels and diesel. Complicating the removal were adjacent buildings and a shallow groundwater table. The project was successfully completed without delay to avoid impact to the builders critical path.
