Compliance & Maintenance Upgrades for an Under-Utilised Municipal Liquid Waste Facility

Working with a major public asset manager in one of Sydney’s fastest growing districts, we managed the delivery from concept to operation, increasing the profitability of an underutilised asset within a municipal depot.

The client initially needed a project feasibility report, including a compliance, HAZOP risk gap analysis, to seek budget funding for the works. The team performed the effluent treatment and liquid data technology evaluation before preparing the project quantity survey work for procurement.

We managed the delivery of the compliance and systems upgrade, with the asset now fulfilling its reporting requirements, whilst demonstrating how smart-technology, using artificial intelligence and automated processes, can reduce biological hazards by eliminating direct effluent handling.
