10-lot Land Subdivision & Divestment

A large, valuable parcel of land in a thriving NSW Coastal town proposed for new 10-lots was managed and divested by the team.

Facing several site constraints, consultant reports, preliminary designs and pre-development consent Council discussions were managed on behalf of the property owner.
